Are my payments safe with you

We understand that the internet is a dangerous place and in times of scams all around, it’s difficult to trust anyone. For this reason, we have partnered with world-leading experts in online payments - stripe.com which is used by millions of businesses. After you pick the plan of your choice and groups you’d like to add to it - you will be redirected to stripe payment system to complete the transaction. We do not store any payment details on our side to limit the possibility of their leak and do not give the reason for anyone to target us. After your payment is complete stripe sends us the confirmation and we work only with it to activate your subscription.

What types of premium plans do you have?

We worked hard to provide a fair pricing model to our users. After a few years of attempts and changes, we ended up with two types of payments: a one-off payment, which covers a whole month from the second it is purchased and a monthly subscription which makes it easier ( and cheaper ) for you to manage as you set it up once, after which it renews automatically until cancelled. You can view and manage the subscription in your “wallet” which makes it way convenient.

What type of payments do you accept?

With our trusted payments provider Stripe.com, we currently accept all the debit and credit cards, together with Apple Pay, Google Pay together with WeChat Pay and Alipay. We also consider adding the most popular cryptocurrencies as soon as the market stabilises. Some of the payments are available only in one-off payment mode as they do not support subscriptions.

How can I update my payment details?

You can update your payment details in your “wallet” section by clicking the “manage” button with Stripe logo. You will be redirected to Stripe.com to update your payment details like card number, expiry date or billing address in a secure environment.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, you need to go to your “wallet” and click on the “manage” button with Stripe logo. You will be redirected to stripe.com to confirm the cancellation. After that, your subscription will be cancelled and you will be able to use the premium until the end of the current billing period.
